镍基高温合金的电解渗铝

摘    要:采用氯化物熔盐体系,对镍基高温合金进行电解渗铝。通过研究电解渗铝过程的动力学行为,进一步讨论了工艺参数对渗层质量的影响。结果表明,镍基高温合金经电解渗铝后;其抗高温氧化性能和耐热腐蚀性能大为提高。

Abstract:The metallization of Ni-base superalloys with aluminum has been carried out by means of an electrolytic process in molten chlorides.An investigation has been made on the Kinetic behaviour of this process and,furthermore,on the effects of the parameters on the resulted qualities.The results obtained have shown that the thus processed Ni-base superalloys possess both greatly enhanced oxidation resistance and highly improved hot-corrosion resistance.
