摘    要:螺杆泵采油技术在大庆油田已日趋完善,但在规模应用时暴露出新的不适应性,表现为在高泵效运转时间短、运转后期沉没度高,以及水驱螺杆泵较抽油机的检泵周期短等,影响了螺杆泵采油技术优势的充分发挥。这些现象主要是由螺杆泵定子、转子磨损造成的,与定子橡胶性能和螺杆泵型线设计相关。通过对螺杆泵型线进行优化设计,结合Matlab、Solidworks等软件进行数据分析和数值计算,创新研制了2∶3型短幅内摆线螺杆泵。该泵克服了普通内摆线螺杆泵线型存在曲率突变的缺点,具有定子和转子的配合精度高、冲击力小等技术优势。现场试验井最长免修期超过1 700d,生产1 300d时泵效仍维持在60%以上,平均沉没度330m。

Abstract:Oil production in Daqing oilfield with the application of screw pumps has been improved by upgraded technology however with finding of new site problems as short high pump working efficiency period and high submergence,which are mainly caused by the abrasions between stator and rotor of the screw pump after analysis.The abrasions are related to the performance of stator rubber and the linetypes of the screw pump.A 2∶3 double-helix single progressing cavity pump with short-amplitude hypocycloid has been developed by the optimization of the linetypes,which overcomed the curvature discontinuity of the screw pump with ordinary hypocycloid,low impact force and high-precision matching between stator and rotor.The new design longest lifetime in the field application wells is more than 1 700 days,with the pump efficiency over 60%after running for 1 300 days and the average submergence of 300 meters.
