摘    要:可膨胀衬管重复压裂技术是一项依托现有膨胀管补贴工艺发展而来的新型重复压裂技术。相比于传统的重复压裂工艺,该技术不仅能完全封堵老产层,还能帮助作业人员准确预测压裂液的流向,精准地控制裂缝的发育,大幅降低了重复压裂的高风险及不确定性,提高了压裂的成功率。将可膨胀衬管重复压裂技术与传统重复压裂技术进行对比,对该技术的原理、优点、施工流程进行了深入剖析,并给出了该技术发展的重点和难点,为今后相关科研人员深入研究该技术提供参考。

Abstract:ESeal RF Liner Technology is a new re-fracturing technology developed from the existing subsidy technology of expandable liner.Comparing with the traditional re-fracturing technology,this technology could be applied for not only completely plugging the old reservoir,but also for helping the operators to accurately predict the flow direction of fracturing fluid and control the development of fractures,which greatly reduces the risks and uncertainties of re-fracturing,improves the achievement ratio of fracturing.The technical principle,advantages and construction process of the expandable liner pipe re-fracturing technology were analyzed by comparing with the traditional re-fracturing technology,the key points and difficulties during the technology development were discussed.
