自升式平台独立桩靴结构强度分析方法

摘    要:自升式平台的桩靴对平台的稳定就位起着关键作用。以自升式平台桩靴为研究对象,基于大型有限元软件SESAM,研究平台在各种载荷作用下的桩靴承受载荷的特点和桩靴强度失效形式,分析CCS和ABS两种规范计算桩靴强度的方法和基本原理,并分别按照两种规范计算其不同工况下的结构强度。对比两种规范的应力分析结果,供工程技术人员设计参考。

Abstract:Self-elevating unit is the key equipment for offshore oil development.Its spud-can bears the support force of the seabed to the platform and plays a key role in the stable standing of the platform.As for the spud-can of self-elevating drilling unit,the loads characteristics and failure modes of spud-can were discussed under varies loading conditions by SESAM software and analyses of the different methods and principle theories in according to both the rules of CCS and ABS.The structural strength under different working conditions was calculated according to the two codes,and the stress analysis results based on two codes have been compared.
