| 摘 要： | 选用两种常用的磷系阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)和次磷酸铝(AHP)按不同添加量分别加入到两种热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)中,通过熔融共混制得阻燃TPU体系,并探究APP和AHP对两种TPU的阻燃性能、热稳定性及力学性能的影响。结果发现,APP与聚醚型TPU(M-TPU)更匹配,AHP与聚酯型TPU(Z-TPU)更匹配。加入10%APP可使M-TPU的极限氧指数(LOI)从21.6%提高到27.4%,加入10%AHP可使Z-TPU的LOI从21.3%提高到28.7%,UL94均为V-0等级且燃烧后的残炭量明显增加,炭层强度提高。
