摘    要:水平井开发底水油藏时底水脊进的出现会使油井采收率显著下降,在实际生产过程中,多利用控水工具延缓或控制底水脊进。为模拟各种控水工具的控水效果,更加准确地进行整个生命周期内的控水方案设计,基于油藏方案解决软件Petrel RE平台,结合各种控水工具稳油控水机理,建立水平井全寿命控水方案设计模型,并针对实际油田水平生产井,模拟了中心油管、ICD、ICD+打孔管、碟片形AICD的控水效果。结果表明,在整个生命周期内,中心油管技术适应性较差; ICD、ICD+打孔管技术均能实现产水量减少,产油量增加的目的,但效果有限; 碟片形AICD能提升油井产量,且大幅度降低油井产水量,增油控水效果较好; 不同控水时机模拟结果表明,油井前期下入控水工具进行控水较后期采取控水措施效果更好。利用Petrel RE平台建立的控水方案模型可为油田水平生产井控水方案设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:For horizontal wells in the bottom water reservoir, the oil production will rapidly decrease due to the bottom water coning and the water control tools are used to delay or control the situation. In order to simulate the water control effect of various water control tools, and more accurately carry out water control scheme design throughout the well life cycle, the water control scheme design model of the horizontal well in the whole life cycle is established based on the reservoir solution software Petrel RE platform, combined with water control mechanisms of various water control tools. The water control effect of the central oil pipe, ICD, ICD + perforated pipe and disc-shaped AICD was simulated for the actual oilfield horizontal production well. The results show that the central oil pipe technology has poor adaptability throughout the life cycle. The ICD, perforated pipe + ICD technology can achieve the purpose of reducing water production and increasing oil production, with limited influences. The Disc-shaped AICD can improve the production of oil well and greatly reduce the water production with better oil and water control effect. The simulation results of different water control timings show that it is better to control the water in the early stage of the oil well than in the later stage. The water control scheme model established by the Petrel RE platform also provides reference for the design of water production control schemes for other oilfield horizontal production wells.
