摘    要:根据食品及相关行业对人才需求的变化,以岗位胜任力为切入点,从高职食品检测专业人才培养体系整体出发,重新构建课程体系;同时,对教学进程中不同层次的实践教学环节展开深入地研究,对实践课程体系、实践教学内容、组织实施方式、考核方式进行全面、系统的整合,构建起与理论教学既相互联系又相对独立的基于岗位胜任力的实践教学体系。

Abstract:Based on the changes in the requirement for talents in food and related industries, this paper construct teaching system and rebuilds the course system for food detection speciality in vocational education based on the post competency. At the same time,it conducts an in-depth study on the practical teaching links at different levels in the teaching process,conducts a comprehensive and systematic integration of the practical course system,practical teaching contents,organization and implementation methods and assessment methods.
