摘    要:结合目标平台的总体布置及作业工艺,对半潜式钻井平台BOP/采油树处理系统配套形式进行研究,优化出适用于目标平台的系统设备组成及下放工艺流程。阐述了组成单元设备的功能、结构特点;总结了开发过程中载荷工况,分析了电液控制系统、行走驱动机构形式、滚轮选取等方面的设计要素及特点。可为半潜式钻井平台BOP/采油树处理系统的设计提供参考。

Abstract:The semi-submersible drilling platform BOP/X-mas tree handling system configuration was researched combined with the consideration of layout and operation process of the target platform. The application of target platform handling system assembly and operation was optimized. The function and structural feature of component unit equipment were described, the design elements and characteristics of the load analysis, electricity and hydraulic control system, drive system, roller selection were summarized.
