考虑装配块接缝影响的装配式混凝土坝结构分析

摘    要:装配式混凝土坝的装配块间存在接缝,在结构分析时是必须要考虑到的问题。采用Lagrange乘子法、罚函数非线性接触算法与ANSYS接触单元,针对结构接缝缝间规律,模拟了张开、滑移和接触挤压三种实际接触状况。结果表明:接缝接触面张开行为对结构影响很大,但是接触面滑移与接触应力对结构却影响较小;水平缝比竖直缝有更大的安全隐患。准确的结构计算为设计提供可靠依据。

Abstract:The joint seam between the precast blocks must be considered in the structural analysis of the prefabricated concrete dam. The actual contact conditions,i. e. opening,slipping,contact extrusion,are simulated herein with Lagrange multiplier method,penalty function nonlinear contact algorithm and ANSYS contact element for the law among the seams of the structural joint. The result shows that the opening behavior of the contact-plane has a great impact on the structure,but the slipping of the contact-plane and the contact stress have less impacts on the structure,while the horizontal jointseam has a larger potential safety hazard than that of the vertical one. Therefore,accurate structural calculation can provide a reliable basis for the design concerned.
