平动椭圆振动筛动态应力分析及改进

摘    要:利用三维建模软件Solidworks,分别建立了平动椭圆振动筛各个部分的三维模型和装配体,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中进行模态和动态应力的仿真分析,得到了振动筛箱前8阶固有频率和振型。利用ANSYS Workbench中的静力学与谐响应分析模块,分别对振动筛过共振区受最大弹性力时和稳态工作时的动态应力值进行仿真求解。分析结果表明,振动筛过共振区受最大弹性力时的动态应力值远低于许用应力;但在稳态工作时,受惯性力影响,其最大动态应力超过许用应力,故对筛箱应力偏大处进行局部结构改进设计。改进设计后,筛箱在质量基本不变情况下,最大动态应力值显著降低。

Abstract:The three-dimensional model and assembly of each part of the translational elliptical vibrating screen were established by using the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks. The finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench was introduced to simulate the modal and dynamic stresses, and the first 8 natural frequencies and modes of the vibrating screen box were obtained. The static and harmonic response analysis modules in ANSYS workbench were used to simulate the dynamic stress values of the vibrating screen in the resonant region subjected to the maximum elastic force and steady state operation. The analysis results show that the dynamic stress value of the vibrating screen in the resonance zone is much lower than the allowable stress when it is subjected to the maximum elastic force. In the steady state operation, the maximum dynamic stress is more than the allowable stress due to the inertial force, therefore the screen box should be improved. After the design is improved, the maximum dynamic stress value of the screen box is significantly reduced under the condition that the quality is basically unchanged.
