钻井废液双轨迹振动筛的力心参数规律研究

摘    要:随着环保要求的日益提高,水基钻井废弃物不落地随钻处理装备也随之飞速发展。该类装备是钻井过程中处理废弃钻井泥浆最终设备,对设备质量要求非常高。作为处理废液必不可少的设备——振动筛较一般用途钻井液振动筛性能稳定要求更高,决定振动筛性能稳定的核心为振动源的力心和质心重合精度。质心位置可通过3D模拟确定; 力心的确定通常采用现场实物模拟寻找的办法,这种办法周期长且精度不高。推导了在振动筛的两振动电机横跨筛箱的情况下,实现平动椭圆轨迹时,力心坐标值与两电机产生的激振力矩比值、电机轴线在电机稳定运行时的相位差角,以及电机的摆放座板与水平轴夹角之间的规律。可为制造振动筛提供理论指导。

Abstract:With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the water-based drilling waste treatment equipment is rapidly developing. This type of equipment is the final equipment for disposal of abandoned drilling mud during drilling with high equipment quality requirements. The vibration screen, an indispensable equipment for treating waste liquid, has higher requirements for stability than the general purpose drilling fluid treatment. The location of the center of mass could be relatively simply determined through 3D simulation however the center of force situation is much more complicated. The method of field physical simulation, which has a long period and low precision, is normally adopted. Under the situation of vibrating screen with two vibration motor across the screen box, when the translational elliptical trajectory is realized, the ratio of the force core coordinate value to the excitation torque generated by the two motors, the phase difference angle of the motor axis during the stable operation of the motor, and the angle between the position plate of the motor and the horizontal axis are derived.
