海上油田精细分段压裂工艺及关键工具

投球滑套分段压裂工艺需多次投球,施工层位一般不超过7层,且滑套无法关闭; 泵送桥塞压裂工艺需多次下入桥塞,并进行钻铣。为进行精细分段压裂,研究了不动管柱水力喷射分段压裂工艺和可开关固井滑套无限级分段压裂工艺。前者通过水力封隔实现12段的精细分段压裂,后者压裂段数不受限制,且可关闭相应层位的固井滑套,控制产液的采出,实现油藏的精细分段和井筒的全通径。两种工艺分别适用于外径为114.3 mm和139.7 mm的套管,压力等级可达70 MPa,均可进行二次压裂,具有较好应用前景。

Fine Staged Fracturing Technology and the Key Tool for Offshore Oilfield

The ball-sliding sleeve staged fracturing technology requires multiple pitching with the difficulties of the construction layer less than 7 layers and the unclosed sliding sleeve. The pumping bridge plug fracturing technology requires the bridge plug access to perform the drilling and milling in multiple times. In order to detailing of staged fracturing, the fixed string hydraulic jet staged fracturing technology and the switchable cementing sliding sleeve used for unlimited staged fracturing technology were studied. The fixed string hydraulic jet staged fracturing technology realizes the fine staged fracturing of 12 segments by hydraulic sealing. The number of fracturing segments is unlimited, the cementing sliding sleeve of the corresponding layer can be closed to control the production of fluid extraction, and the fine segmentation of the reservoir can be therefore realized. The two technologies are suitable for casing with outer diameters of 114.3 and 139.7 mm , pressure rating grades up to 70 MPa, and can be applied for secondary fracturing.
