摘    要:在数控卷簧机上卷绕异形弹簧时,从刀具、凸轮的选择和布局到程序的编制均需手工进行,导致加工效率低,而且一般人员难以熟练掌握卷簧方法。本文利用基于实例推理技术(CBR)开发了异形弹簧数控卷绕工艺的自动生成系统,通过检索与修改以往相似的异形弹簧卷绕工艺方案,生成所要加工的异形弹簧的工装布局及加工程序,从而为提高数控卷簧的自动化程度和生产效率提供了新的途径。

Abstract:When producing special-shape spring in CNC spring coiler,the setup of the coiler is often a manual work using a trial-and-error method.This not only leds to difficulty in operation,but also causes high rando- micity and low efficiency.In order to solve this problem,a automatic generation system of setup for CNC coi- ler using CBR is developed in this article.The system can generate the setup of the coiler through retrieving and modifying the past successful setup case.The proposed method also provided a new way to the improve- ment of automaticity and production efficiency of the spring's coiling.
