港口城市发展趋势与规划对策——以广东沿海新兴发展地区台山市广海湾为例

针对现代港口向“第四代”演进的趋势，该文分析了临港经济产业链延伸、对地区经济影响作用增强等新特征，结合台山市广海湾案例，认为港工联动、轻重并举、“港-区-城”一体化成为港口城市发展的新趋势；同时针对制约港口城市炙展的关键性因素，提出了“上山下海”、“开源节水”等新思路和新对策，期望为我国诸多港口城市的开发和临港经济的发展提供一些有益的借鉴。

Development Trend and Planning Countermeasure of Port City: A Case Study of Guanghai Bay in Taishan City,a New Developing Coastal Area of Guangdong Province

Aiming at the developing trend to ＂the fourth generation＂ of modern port, this article analyzes new characters of port industry such as extension of industry chain and growing effect on local economy, considers that it is the new trend of port city development to reciprocally drive both port area and industry area, equally develop both light industry and heavy industry, and integrate ＂port-area city＂ combining with case of Guanghai Bay in Taishan City, then proposes some new methods such as ＂shifting basal farm fo mountain and sea＂, ＂broadening sources of wafer and reducing expenditure＂ for the key restricting factors of the city development to provide reference for exploitation and industry development of other port cities in China.
