| 摘 要： | 用有限元方法和Matlab软件对挤出成型中的口模内熔体的二维非牛顿等温流动进行了数值模拟 ,在基于流率平衡的原则基础上 ,提出了异型材口模成型段的有限元设计方法。介绍了矩形和圆环形组合异型材口模设计方法 ,其设计原则可应用于其它的各种类型的异型材口模。

| Abstract: | A numerical value simulation was made by using the finite element method and Matlab software to the 2-D non-Newtonian isothermal flow of the melted plastics in the land plate in extrusion forming. Based on the principle of flow rate balance, the design of the forming part of the land plate for profiles by using the finite element method was proposed. An example of designing the land plate for the profile combining the rectangular and circular shapes was introduced. Its designing principle could be applied to other profile land plate of various types. |
