微乳液法合成旋光性共聚物

摘    要:以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂、以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和正戊醇(PTL)为复合乳化剂,对N-马来酰基-L-氨基丙酸(AMI)和苯乙烯(St)进行了微乳液共聚合实验并制得了具有光学活性共聚物.考察了单体配比、引发剂浓度、温度对反应速率(R,)的影响.用元素分析法确定了共聚物内氮含量与单体组成比之间的关系,进而计算出两单体的竞聚率,并计算出相应的Q、e值:r1=0.05,r2=0.10,Q1=1.59,e1=1.50.计算了共聚合反应活化能Ea值:Ea=82.86kJ/mol.讨论了共聚物组成及二元序列、平均序列长度、温度对共聚物旋光度的影响.

Abstract:Chiral N-maleoyl-L-alanine(AMI) and styrene(St) were copolymerized in the oil-water microemulsion by using potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as anionic emulsifier,and pentanol as consurfactant.The resulting polymers are optically active.The monomer reactivity ratios(r_1,r_2),Alfrey-Price Q,and e values are calculated, which are r_1=0.05,r_2=0.10,Q_1=1.59,and e_1=1.50,respectively.The effects of initiator concentration,molar fraction of monomer in feed and reaction temperature on the polymerization rate(R_p) have been investigated.The overall energy of activation(E_a) is 82.86 kJ/mol.
