| 摘 要： | 表面折叠、裂纹是大盘卷冷镦钢的主要质量缺陷，也是造成制造紧固件过程中出现表面开裂的主要原因。通过对表面折叠、裂纹缺陷的外观特征及微观检验，得出了缺陷的判别方法。分析了其形成的原因，提出了相应的措施。

| Abstract: | The Surface laps and cracks are major quality defects of cold heading steel for big size coils, also they are the main causes resulting surface cracks during fasteners manufacturing. By means of testing on the appearance features and microstructures of surface lap and crack defects, the distinguishing methods to defects are obtained. Moreover the forming causes of surface laps and cracks are analyzed and the corresponding measures are put forward. |
