PP/SBS共交联体系的研究

摘    要:以PP、SBS、DCP和抗氧剂等为原料,经双螺杆挤出机共交联挤出制备了PP/SBS共交联体系,研究了SBS与DCP用量对PP/SBS共交联体系性能的影响。结果表明:SBS用量增加,冲击强度增加,其它性能变化不明显,DCP用量为0 . 1 0 phr时,PP/SBS共交联体系的力学性能、熔体质量流动速率(MFR)较为理想。

Abstract:PP/SBS co-crosslinked system was prepared by extrusion on twin-screw extruder and with PP, SBS, DCP and antioxidant as raw materials. The effects of SBS and DCP contents on the mechanical properties of PP/SBS co-crosslinked system were studied. The results showed the impact strength of the system increased with the increase of the content of SBS,while other properties changed a little. The mechanical properties and MFR of the system were perfect when DCP content was 0.10 phr.
