上流式渣油加氢保护剂的开发

摘    要:介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院新开发的上流式渣油加氢保护剂及其在上流式反应器与固定床反应器串联的中型装置上的试验结果,新开发的FZC-10U上流式渣油加氢保护剂具有大孔体积、大孔径、强度高和抗磨性好等特点,中试结果表明,FZC保护剂的活性的稳定性已达到同类进口的剂的水平。

Abstract:The development of protection catalyst for residual oil hydrotreating and the test result conducted on a pilot plant with an up flow reactor and fixed bed reactors in series by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical were presented. The FZC series protection catalyst possessed the features of large pore volume and pore diameter, high strength and good abrasion resistance. Its activity and selectivity were similar to that of the imported similar type catalyst.
