新型工业杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮类包合物的合成研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸甲酯为起始原料,经硫化、胺解、氯环化三步得到5 氯 2 正辛基 4 异噻唑啉 3 酮,总收率167%。以双酚F为主体,上述异噻唑啉酮为客体,质量比为4∶1,形成分子包合物。产物结构经IR、1HNMR确认,对7种微生物试验,其抑菌能力比同类产品GathonCG大5~10倍。

Abstract:The novel industry bactericide is a clathrate which is composed of 5 chloro 2 n octyl 4 isothiazolin 3 one and 4,4′ dihydroxydiphenylmethane.A reasonable synthesis route of first compound has been given out in this paper.It includes sulfidation,aminolysis and chloro cyclization,total yield is 16.7%.The product has identified by IR and 1 HNMR.The clathrate obtained is more effective in bactericidal potency than the same kind bactericide Gathon C G.
