| 摘 要： | 以丙烯酸甲酯为起始原料,经硫化、胺解、氯环化三步得到５ 氯 ２ 正辛基 ４ 异噻唑啉 ３ 酮,总收率１６７％。以双酚Ｆ为主体,上述异噻唑啉酮为客体,质量比为４∶１,形成分子包合物。产物结构经ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ确认,对７种微生物试验,其抑菌能力比同类产品ＧａｔｈｏｎＣＧ大５～１０倍。

| Abstract: | The novel industry bactericide is a clathrate which is composed of 5 chloro 2 n octyl 4 isothiazolin 3 one and 4,4′ dihydroxydiphenylmethane.A reasonable synthesis route of first compound has been given out in this paper.It includes sulfidation,aminolysis and chloro cyclization,total yield is 16.7%.The product has identified by IR and 1 HNMR.The clathrate obtained is more effective in bactericidal potency than the same kind bactericide Gathon C G. |
