光可变材料碎膜的光性定量研究

摘    要:针对光可变材料碎膜具较强的反射性且透射率近于零的特点 ,使用既简捷又准确的检测方法评价了碎膜样品的质量 ;利用显微分析方法研究了其色散光性 (即反射率光谱 ,40 0~70 0 nm) ,描述了其特有的单色性 ;再使用作者所设计的软件自动计算出颜色指数 ,从而可定量地评价其光性 .结果表明 :碎膜样品的色调主要集中在绿色 ,其中 3号样品的饱和度、亮度最高 ,但其色调偏黄 ;1 ,2号样品的色调一致 ,其中 1号样品颜色饱和度高、亮度稍低 ,最适合用作防伪标志的材料 .

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristic of high reflectance and low transmittance (nearly zero) of the broken films of a light changeable material, a simple and precise method was used to measure and evaluate the quality of them. The optical dispersion of the broken films of light changeable materials was researched by micro analysis, and their mono chromaticity was described by using reflectance spectrum(400~700nm). The color index was calculated using the software developed by the author, which makes it possible to quantitatively evaluate the optical properties. The result shows that the color tone of the broken films mainly focuses on green. The saturation and brightness of sample No.3 is the highest, but its color tone is somewhat yellow. The color tones of samples No.1 and No.2 are almost the same, with the sample No.1 being high in saturation and a little low in brightness, which is the most suitable material for making counterfeit proof marks.
