圆弧齿轮精确建模的研究

国标规定圆弧齿轮的基本齿廓为基本齿条的法截面齿廓,在现有的圆弧齿轮著作中只是给出了一个基于节线上的圆弧齿轮齿廓参数表,并没有提出如何将节线上的齿廓转化到节圆上,以及如何建模。针对这一问题,通过分析齿廓线、节线与节圆的几何关系,运用几何分析法,将节线上的齿廓转化到节圆上,给出了端面圆弧齿轮的二维建模的具体方法。

Accurate Modeling Study of Arc Gear

Existing GB requirements circular arc gear tooth profile for the normal section of the basic rack tooth profile,and the arc gear works just a section line circular arc gear tooth profile parameters in Table,did not propose how the tooth profile of the section line was transformed into the pitch.Solve this problem,using geometric analysis,given the tooth profile of the section line was transformed into a method on the pitch,and gives specific steps of the two-dimensional map of the face circular arc gear modeling method.
