摘    要:破碎机机构尺寸参数的设计是决定产品性能的关键。选择PE600X900颚式破碎机为研究对象,以动颚的给料和出料口的行程特性值为目标函数,利用POWELL算法对破碎机机构尺寸进行优化。结果表明,破碎机的排料口处的行程特性值由3.31减至2.46,传动角和啮角略有减小,极大地改善了破碎机的工作性能。

Motion Analysis and Optimal Design of Jaw Crusher Based on Matlab
Abstract:The design of jaw crusher is the key to determine product quality.This paper chooses the PE600X900 jaw crusher as the research object.Establishing an optimization mathematical model with the feature value of the moving jaw of feed inlet and feed outlet as the objective function,making use of the POWELL algorithm,an optimal solution of compound pendulum jaw crusher was obtained.The result shows the outlet traveling feature value of crusher is reduced from 3.31 to 2.46.While the transmission angle and the nip angle is lower than the original.The working performance of crusher is farther improved.
