基于模糊故障树的数控装置故障诊断

摘    要:以某数控装置为对象,研究其故障具有模糊性和不确定性发生概率的特点,综合运用故障树分析与模糊理论诊断故障发生概率。通过分析数控装置故障发生的机理,建立该装置的模糊故障树,进行定量计算,求得了基本事件的模糊重要度可靠性指标,为数控装置的可靠性评估、故障诊断以及维修决策提供了理论依据。

Fault Diagnosis to NC Device Based on Fuzzy Fault Tree
Abstract:With some NC device as study object,this paper researches on probability of fault occurrence and characteristics of fuzziness and uncertainty,integrates fuzzy theory and fault tree analysis,and calculates fault occurrence probability of bottom event by using fuzzy numbers.Through analysis of NC device of failure mechanism and establishment and quantitative calculation of fuzzy fault tree of device,the fuzzy importance of basic events is obtained.This reliable index may provide theoretical basis for reliability evaluation,fault diagnosis and maintenance decision of NC device.
