新型矿用回柱绞车的结构设计

摘    要:基于对传统的JH-5型矿用回柱绞车结构特点的分析,设计出一种新型矿用回柱绞车。采用了少齿差行星齿轮传动、磁粉离合器以及棘轮机构,增大了传动比,提高了传动效率,减小了绞车结构尺寸,使其具有体积小,重量轻,工作安全可靠,易维护的特点。

Novel Structural Design for Mine Drawing Hoist
Abstract:In this work,a novel mine drawing hoist has been devised based on structural improvement for traditional JH-5 drawing hoist.It uses fewer teethed gear transmission,magnetic particle clutch and ratchet mechanism to increase transmission ratio,raise transmission efficiency,and subsequently reduce its occupied dimension.The improved drawing hoist also possesses some distinguish features such as small size,light weight,safe reliability and easy maintenance.
