基于虚拟样机的液压支架三维建模及运动仿真

摘    要:利用三维建模软件Pro/E对四柱支撑掩护式液压支架的各部分零件进行三维建模,按照其位置关系进行整体装配。将液压支架模型先导入3DSMAX中进行运动仿真,利用Virtools软件对模型进行场景动画制作,整合了三款软件的优势,简化了液压支架建模和仿真过程,将液压支架的运动直观、真实地表现出来,可以从视觉上给客户更感性的认识,为煤矿虚拟现实打下基础。

Three-dimension Model and Dynamic Simulation of Hydraulic Support Based on Virtual Prototype
Abstract:Three-dimension modeling all parts of four pillars hydraulic support by using 3d modeling software Pro/E,assemble them according to their position.Importing hydraulic support model into 3ds Max for motion simulation,and then make scene animation by using Virtools software.This method combines advantages of these three software,simplifying hydraulic support modeling and simulation process.It shows hydraulic support sports directly and truely,can provide more perceptual vision to customers,and lay the foundation for next step of coal mine virtual reality.
