铣螺纹的工艺及编程研究

摘    要:铣螺纹是在三轴联动数控机床上加工螺纹的一种方式,通过三轴联动功能和螺旋插补指令编程实现螺纹的加工。以基于FANUC系统的内螺纹加工为例,介绍了铣螺纹的原理和刀具,并分别解析了单齿刀和多齿刀铣螺纹的工艺特点和编程方法。

Research of Technology and Programming for Milling Threads
Abstract:Milling thread is a way of processing threads on three-axis CNC machine tools.Thread processing by three-axis function and programs with the spiral interpolation instruction.With internal thread processing based on FANUC system as an example,introduced the principles of milling thread and cutters,and expounded the single cutter and multi-cutter milling process features and programming methods of the thread.
