压力容器对接焊缝超声波检测

摘    要:超声波检测是压力容器无损检测中重要方法之一。讨论了压力容器对接焊缝超声波检测方法,制作了带自然缺陷的模拟试件,通过不同探头探测获取了缺陷回波情况,尝试得出探头的最佳适用范围。与射线检测结果对比,超声波检测数据具有较好的一致性,在实际检测中对发现的缺陷是可信的。

Ultrasonic Testing for Butt Weld of Pressure Vessels
Abstract:Ultrasonic testing is the most important method of non-destructive testing of pressure vessels.The ultrasonic testing for butt weld of pressure vessels was discussed in this paper and some specimens with natural defects were made.According to reference block,specimens were tested by probes which were different chip sizes and different refraction angles,obtained echoes of different defects and given best range of probes.Compared result of radiographic testing,ultrasonic testing is coincidence with RT in desire,which proves reliability of ultrasonic detection in practice.
