| 摘 要： | 应用Pro/E软件对齿轨进行三维建模,然后将其导入到ANSYS有限元分析软件,对刮板输送机的关键零部件齿轨进行分析,通过分析计算,从设计上解决关键零部件在实际使用中存在的问题,提高关键零部件结构的合理性,从而保证齿轨的可靠性以及使用寿命。

FEA of Scraper Conveyer Rack Rail Based on ANSYS |

| Abstract: | This article applies the Pro/E software to build the three dimensional modelling of the rack rail,and then import it into the ANSYS which is one of finite element analysis softwares.By the analysis and calculation of the rack rail which is the key components of the scraper conveyor.The problems that may exist in the key components to the actual use are solved,and the rationality of the key components structure is improved to make sure the reliability and service life of the rack rail. |
