摘 要: | 采用模糊控制理论设计了预磨机的给料模糊控制器及主电机转速模糊控制器,并搭建了以PLC为核心的硬件系统,实现了预磨机的自动运行及远程监控。通过在实验室对钨矿进行预磨试验表明,该预磨系统预磨效果良好,工作稳定、可靠,且具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract: | This paper adopts fuzzy control theory to design the pre-grinding feed fuzzy controller and the rotating speed of the main motor fuzzy controller.And the pre-grinding's automatic operation and remote monitoring based on the PLC as the core in the hardware design.Through the tungsten pregrinding test in the laboratory shows that,the grinding effect of this pre-grinding system is good,and it works stable and reliable,and and valued to use and promote. |
