高功率密度齿轮箱优化设计

摘    要:针对齿轮箱设计的特点,将齿轮箱优化设计分为传动系统优化和结构优化。传动系统优化是采用以经验数据为基础传统优化或以动力学分析为基础的动力学优化方法获得最优的传动系统参数。结构优化采用三维结构优化设计和拓扑优化方法进行齿轮箱的最优结构。结构优化时,先采用三维结构优化完成结构设计,再利用ANSYS拓扑优化对箱体等主要零件进行拓扑优化。

Optimization Design of Gearbox with High-power Density
Abstract:According to design feature of gearbox,the optimization design of gearbox is divided into two groups: drive system's optimization and structural optimization.The drive system's optimization means that the optimal drive train parameters should be obtained by the traditional optimization method based on empirical data and dynamics optimization method based on dynamics analysis.The structural optimization means that the optimal structure should be obtained by the three-dimensional structural optimization and the topological optimization.When optimizing the gearbox structure,firstly,the components' structure is obtained by the three-dimensional structural optimization,and on that basis the optimal structure is obtained by the topological optimization.
