化工设备维修专业顶岗实习三个结合教学模式的探索与实践

顶岗实习是高等职业教育的一个极为重要的实践性教学环节,是工学结合人才培养模式的具体体现,是培养应用型高技能人才的重要手段。我院利用校企合作的办学资源,探索出化工设备维修技术专业顶岗实习的"三个相结合"教学模式,有效地提升了学校专业建设水平,强化学生职业素养与专业技能的培养,提高毕业生对口就业率,极大地改善就业质量,实现了高职教育人才培养目标。

Research and Practice of "Three Combinations" Teaching in Vocational Education Internship in Chemical Equipment Maintenance Professional

Internship of higher vocational education practice was an extremely important part of practical teaching.It was the concrete embodiment of the combination of engineering training model,and was an important means to develop application-oriented high-skilled personnel.Using the educational resources of ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂ in Chemical Equipment Maintenance Technology Professional,the teaching mode of ＂three combinations＂ internship was explored,which effectively enhanced the professional standard of construction of school,strengthened the professionalism of the students and professional skills,increased employment rate suited to one＇s special training,improved the quality of employment greatly and achieved the goal of higher vocational education.
