| 摘 要： | 将一种改进的SPWM (HPWM)技术应用于逆变器 ,在不增加任何辅助回路的基础上 ,实现功率管的ZVS通断。并详细分析了方案的工作原理及实现ZVS的条件 ,同时指出方案存在的问题和解决办法。所研制的工作频率 5 0kHz ,1kVA的逆变器证明了方案的可行性。

| Abstract: | An improved SPWM(HPWM)is applied in an inverter,the ZVS operation is achieved without any additional auxiliary circuit.A detailed analysis and the ZVS condition of the proposed inverter are presented.In addition,the deficiency existing in the scheme and the resolving scheme are presented.The scheme is verified on a 50kHz,1kVA inverter. |
