概率损伤成像在兰姆波结构健康监测中的应用

摘    要:应用概率成像方法对分布式传感器网络兰姆波结构健康监测中的损伤进行识别。根据损伤散射信号的传播时间确定1个椭圆轨迹,该轨迹显示了损伤可能存在的位置。若损伤恰在椭圆轨迹上,概率值最大,损伤距离椭圆轨迹越远,损伤在该位置出现的概率越小。对检测区域中所有空间位置的像素值按照损伤出现的概率量化,能够可视化地显示出结构损伤。对铝板中4种情况横穿孔损伤的实验结果显示了该方法的有效性,有助于推动兰姆波结构健康监测的实用化。

Abstract:A probability-based imaging approach is employed to identify the damage of Lamb wave structural health monitoring using distributed sensor network. An ellipse locus, indicating possible locations of the damage, is determined by the time-of-flight (TOF) of damage-scattered Lamb wave signals. The principle of probability imaging is that the damage right on the locus has the highest degree of probability ; the further from the locus the damage, the lower the probability of the damage. The pixel values of all spatial positions of the structure under interrogation are quantized in terms of the probability of damage, which visually reveals the structural damage. The approach is experimentally verified by evaluating through-thickness hole damages in the aluminum plates. This approach can promote the practical use of Lamb wave structural health monitoring.
