摘    要:大型观览类游乐设施的质量安全检测至关重要。检测的关键部件———转轮由于安装在轮和轴套(或轴承等)中,其缺陷不能直接进行接触式检测,因此使用超声检测的方法对观览类游乐设施的主轴进行安全检测。根据轴类零件的特点研制检测专用的超声换能器及缺陷定位系统,对4类有代表性的游乐设施主轴进行检测,检测效果良好,并通过辅助定位软件,实现了主轴中缺陷的准确定位。

Abstract:Security detection is very important to large-scale recreational facilities. The critical components which must be detected are rotary parts, especially axes. Axes are installed between wheels and shaft sleeves, and thus cannot be detected directly. So they must be detected by ultrasonic inspection method. A special ultrasonic transducer and defect location system were developed, and were used to detect the axes of four typical recreational facilities. The results show that this system, coupled with software for defect location, can precisely locate the defects in the axes.
