磁流变弹性体研究进展

摘    要:磁流变弹性体是磁流变液的固体模拟.在磁流变弹性体中载液被橡胶所代替.使用磁流变固体材料的明显优点是颗粒不会随时间而沉降,也不需要将磁流变材料保持在工作位置的密封装置.本文对近年来国内外磁流变弹性体的研究进展进行了综述,指出磁流变弹性体装置具有无需密封、性能稳定、控制简便、响应迅速等特点,在小振幅振动系统(如减振支座、悬架)的振动控制中极具应用前景.

Abstract:Magnetorheological(MR) elastomers are the solid analog of MR fluids,where the oil has been replaced by a rubber or a gel.The obvious advantages from using MR solid materials are that the particles are not able to settle with time and that there is no need to use containers to keep the MR materials in its place.In this paper,the research advances in MR elastomers in recent years at home and abroad are reviewed.It is pointed out that MR elastomer devices have the advantages such as dispensing with sealing,stable performance,easy control and quick response,etc.,and have potential applications in small-amplitude vibration systems,such as shock-absorbing mounts and suspensions.
