摩擦偶件对PDDA/PSS分子沉积膜摩擦磨损行为的影响

摘    要:利用分子沉积技术在单晶硅基底上制备了PDDA/PSS分子沉积膜。采用UV-vis吸收光谱对沉积过程进行了跟踪检测,用原子力显微镜观察了分子沉积膜的表面形貌,考察了摩擦偶件材料对PDDA/PSS分子沉积膜摩擦学行为的影响,并探讨了其磨损机制。实验结果表明,薄膜与较硬的偶件材料对摩时,剪切应力较大,薄膜很容易被磨穿,抗磨寿命极短;在相同实验条件下,薄膜与Cu球对摩时,薄膜的耐磨寿命最长,不锈钢球次之,与Si3N4球和WC球对摩时,薄膜的耐磨寿命较短。

Abstract:Molecular deposition film was prepared on Si substract by alternative deposition of poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) as polyanion and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) as polycation.The order thin film was characterized by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrometry and atomic force microscopy.The friction and wear behaviors of ultra-thin film sliding against stainless steel,brass,Si_3N_4 and WC ball was examined on UMT-2.As the results,the shearing stress is higher and antiwear life is shorter as the film was sliding against the hard counterparts such as Si_3N_4 and WC ball.On the same condition,it possesses longer antiwear life when it slid against stainless steel and brass.
