| 摘 要： | 历史建筑和地段是一种宝贵的城市文化遗产，既是旅游观光资源，又可作为城市再开发的资源．笔者以海河意式风情区开发为例，思考旧区改造与文化保护的锲合点，提出发掘历史街区传统的生命力、提升现代城市竞争力的思维模式．

| Abstract: | As the precious cultural heritage of a city, historic buildings and sites are not only the impetus for tourism, but also the resources for the city redevelopment. Taking the development of Italic landscape along the bank of the Haihe River as an example, the linkage between the reconstruction of the old urban areas and the protection of the cultural heritages is pondered over. The thinking mode of rejuvenating the traditional vitality of historic blocks and elevating the competition strength of modern city has been proposed. |
