| 摘 要： | 采用EXTEND仿真软件对复杂维修流程进行了建模仿真，某大型修理厂对装备的维修需要经过5道工序，如装备清洗、故障检测、常规故障修复、非常规故障修理、总装测试。其中非常规故障修理工序中，分3条流水线并行进行修理．在此基础上，分析得出随机性维修任务对维修流程的影响，另外利用作业成本法，估算出维修费用，为此问题的研究提供一种可行的技术途径。
