摘    要:以膨胀石墨为原料,采用液相剥离法和改进Hummers氧化石墨工艺,对氧化石墨进行肼预还原和高温还原,进行了SEM、TEM、Raman以及EDX分析,结果表明,该方法可以制备出微米量级的高质量、高浓度、高产量的石墨烯,又运用SRV试验机检测了石墨烯作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦磨损性能,并对其润滑机理进行探讨。

Research on Preparation and Friction Properties of Graphene by Liquid Phase Exfoliation

Abstract:The expanded graphite as raw material was oxided by liquid stripping method and modified hummers graphite oxide process. And the hydrazine reduction of pre-reduction and high temperature were carried out to graphite oxide and the productions were charactered by SEM, TEM, Raman and EDX analysis. The results indicated that high-quality, high density, high-volume graphene was obtained. The tribological behavior of graphene as lubricant additive is investigated by an oscillating SRV testing machine, and the wear resistance mechanism is discussed.
