关于江西省小水电建设与发展的思考

小水电具有分散灵活、启动迅速的优势，几十年来对保障江西省农村社会用电，促进农村经济发展发挥了重要作用。针对小水电越来越多的争议，文章提出应采用正确的视角，权衡利弊、趋利避害，科学地建设发展小水电；并针对目前江西小水电的实际问题，提出了解决问题的建议。

Thinking on Construction and Development of Small-sized Hydropower in Jiangxi Province

With advantages of flexible dispersal and rapid initiation, small-sized hydropower has played a vital role in guaranteeing power supply in rural society of Jiangxi and promoting development of rural economy. For the increasing disputes over small-sized hydropower, this article puts forward argument of scientifically and dialectically Ireating small- sized hydropower with correct angle. If people cam weigh pros and cons and seek profits and avoid disadvantages, small-sized hydropower will contribute more for them. At the same time it comes up with some suggestions for further development of small-sized hydropower in Jiangxi Province.
