| 摘 要： | 水库移民是移民安置工作的关键利益相关者,其主观能动性的发挥对于移民安置工作的成败具有决定性的作用。围绕适应变化、情势转化和创新提升等方面对水库移民主观能动性的内涵展开分析,基于移民个体、组织群体与机制建设的视角着重探讨了移民主观能动性的培养与开发工作的着力点,以期为实现移民和谐安置提供参考。

| Abstract: | Abstracts： Reservoir resettlement is a key stakeholder of the resetttement, wnose su.jc~t,w initiative are very important for resettlement work to be success or failure. In order to realize the harmonious immigrants resettlement for reference, this article discusses immigration subjective initiative of cultivating and developing working point the from the angle of individual resettlement ＆collective and mechanism construction, based on the connotation of reservoir resettlement subjective initiative analysis consisted of changeable adaption, situation transformation and innovation highlighting. |
