摘    要:结合二郎坝水力发电公司三座梯级水电站的实际情况,提出设立梯级调度中心对各级水电站进行集中监控的设计方案。阐述了梯调中心监控系统的结构、网络安全、远方黑启动、电网故障诊断、GPS卫星时钟以及电源配置。

Abstract:The paper is combined with practical condition of three Cascade Hydropower Stations of Erlangba Hydro Power Corporation,and proposes the design schemes of setting up cascade dispatching centres for centrally monitoring the hydropower stations.The structure,network safety,remote black-start,power fault diagnosis,GPS satellite clock and power supply configuration of the cascade center monitoring system are described.
