| Abstract: | This paper describes reserves of hydropower resources,development and utilization status in Xinglong County of Hebei Province,the effect and significance of development and construction of hydropower resources,and efficiency of hydropower development in rural areas are analyzed,and measures for promoting development and utilization of hydropower resources in Xinglong County are proposed. |
