浙江省农村水电站安全管理年检实践与思考

浙江省在开展农村水电站安全管理年检过程中,加强领导、深入调研、积极创新、精心组织、稳步推进,取得了显著成效。通过年检全面掌握了农村水电站安全生产管理现状,发现了安全管理中存在的薄弱环节,有效增强了农村水电生产经营单位的安全生产意识,提高了电站的安全管理水平。本文对浙江省首次农村水电站安全管理年检工作作了回顾总结,并提出了进一步做好年检工作的建议。

The Practices and Thinking of Safety Management Annual Inspection of Rural Hydropower Stations in Zhejiang Province

In the process of safety management annual inspection of rural hydropower stations in Zhejiang Province,by strengthening leadership,in-depth investigation,active innovation,meticulous organization,and steady advancement,remarkable results have been achieved.Through annual inspection,the safety management status in quo of rural hydropower stations is comprehensively obtained,the weaknesses existing in the safety management process has been found,the awareness of safety production of rural hydropower production units has been effectively boosted,and the safety management level of power stations has been improved.In this paper,the author has reviewed the first time of safety management annual inspection of rural hydropower stations in Zhejiang Province,and has proposed relative suggestions for future annual inspection.
