水利水电工程维持河流连通性的思考

摘    要:河流的连通性是河流生态系统的最基本特点,是河流生态系统保持其生态结构和执行其生态功能的重要前提条件和基础。近年来,水利水电工程对河流连通性的影响越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注和重视。文章阐述了河流连通性的概念与内涵,探讨了水利水电建设对河流连通性的影响,着重论述了恢复河流连通性的手段,结合我国水利水电工程在河流连通性恢复上存在的问题,提出了相关对策和建议。

Abstract:Connectivity of rivers is the most basic feature of river ecosystem as well as important precondition and basis of river ecosystem maintaining its ecological structure and implementing its ecological functions. In recent years, influence of water conservancy and hydropower projects on river connectivity has won more and more attention and emphasis from various circles of society. This article elaborates concept and connotation of river connectivity, investigates influence of water conservancy and hydropower construction on river connectivity with emphasis on methods of recovering river connectivity. Besides, combining issues of recovering river connectivity in water conservancy and hydropower projects in China, it puts forward concerned countermeasures and suggestions on above basis.
