轴流式水轮机转子部件的设计与安装技术

摘    要:介绍了大容量轴流式水轮发电机转子的结构特点。以在深溪沟水电站的应用为例,综述了该水轮机转子支架、转子磁轭、转子磁极的设计特点,以及大型圆盘式转子支架的现场焊接组装技术和磁轭的现场叠装热套技术,为大型水轮机的研发与安装积累了经验。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design features, technical difficulties and countermeasures of the structure design of ShenXiGou power plant's large capacity axial flow hydrogenerator rotor. Design technique in site weld of large disc-type rotor spider hub and outer parts and in rotor rim's site stack and shrinkage are studied, which then provides reference for the design of large disc-type rotor.
