| 摘 要： | 高校中心实验室工作的宗旨是为教学和科研服务,中心任务是全面提高学生素质和学校科研水平。本文在阐述高等院校大型仪器和公用实验平台发展现状的基础上,就如何充分提高大型仪器设备的使用效益和加大公共实验室的开放程度进行理论探讨,提出要正确制定管理目标,规范实验室管理行为,加强实验室管理队伍建设,建立健全管理制度,集中投资,合理配置,实现资源共享。

| Abstract: | Aims of the laboratory centers in colleges are serving teaching and scientific research,and main tasks are lifting undergraduates’quality and scientific study level totally.Based on the present development of large precision apparatus and public laboratories,this paper discusses how to fully improve the efficiency of large-equipments and increase the open degree of lab.It propses that we should think highly of correct goal setting,regulated activities,strong lab manager team service,established and improved unit management,Besides,it is also sensible to centralization investment, configure reasonably,manage effectively and be used openly so as to achieve share of resources. |
