摘    要:目的:空军航空医学研究所自制的老式动物试验舱通过手动调节进、排气量的方式进行高度(气压)控制,对操作人员的依赖性高,使得进行长时间动物试验时人力消耗过大。通过研制控制系统,实现动物试验舱自动化控制,减轻劳动负担。方法:采用基于MCS-51系列单片机的自动化控制系统,通过负反馈的控制方式对动物试验舱的高度进行调节。结论:控制系统结构简单,性能稳定,实现了无人值守控制,能够满足动物试验舱进行动物试验的要求,极大地减轻了操作人员的劳动负担。

Abstract:Aim: The old animal hypobaric chanber made by Institute of Aviation Medicine Air Force, which is manually operated by controlling the in-let and out-let of air current, relies greatly on the operator. Especially, when longtime experiment is taken, it consumes too much labour. So,the aim is to apply the automatization refit and to make the system automatic to release the labour. Methods: Automatic controlling system based on MCS-51 Single Chip Micyoco(SCM) and negative feedback methods were used to make the chamber adjust its simulated altitude (ie. pressure). Conclution: The controlling system not only has a simple structure but also has a good stable performance, and it undertakes the chamber controlling mission itself. It can meets the requirement of animal examination and releases the burden of the operators.
