摘    要:建立以国产离子色谱抑制器为基础的简化的离子排斥-离子交换柱切换系统,成功测定了高浓度弱酸基体中的痕量无机阴离子。与传统的柱切换系统相比,本系统只用一个泵;同时充分发挥了国产抑制器应用在单泵柱切换系统具有体积小、耐压性强、抑制作用好等优点。利用本系统,优化色谱条件,成功测定了酒石酸和柠檬酸中的氯离子、硫酸根离子和硝酸根离子,降低了方法的检出限(0.4~1.6μg/L,S/N=3),并获得了理想的回收率(78.2%~112.9%)。

Abstract:By using a home-made ion chromatography suppressor,the switching system of simplified ion exclusionion exchange column was established.and trace inorganic anions in the presence of high concentration of weak acid matrix were successfully determined on it.Comparing with traditional column-switching method,this system only used one pump and exerted the merit of the home-made suppressor-such as smaller,higher pressure endurable and better effect of suppress.Under the optimazed conditions,detection limits(LOD)of the chloride,nitrate and sulfate in tartaric acid and citric acid were in the range of 0.4~1.6μg/L.Recoveries were in the range of 78.2%~112.9%.
